Dear Editors,

In my Sociology lecture today, VP Education candidate Cal Walsh stood in front of the lecture hall and advised everyone to vote for the Constitution Referendum and also took the opportunity to instruct everyone to read their manifesto! I consider this to be campaigning on the day of elections, and I therefore wonder if this can be permitted?
